This workshop is for intermediate and advanced aerial students, that are comfortable with the hammock. You have som experience and you want to take your practice a notch higher (pun intended). We are going to have so much fun!

Flow

Flowing through the hammock is just amazing, there is no better feeling. But Flow in Aerial yoga can feel a lot harder to do, than in fx. Vinyasa. In this training we will work on getting and enjoying the flowy element.

Tricks and Flips

We are going to go deeper into tricks and flips, and everything you do is voluntary obviously. We will incorporate the tricks and the flow into a nice sequence at the end.
